ORDER

1. The matter has been called out twice. No one is present on behalf of the respondent. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, it is in the interest of justice to allow the transfer petition and transfer the case being H.M.O.P No. 325/2016 titled M. Madan v. Smt. Radhika C pending before the Court of Family Judge of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu to the Family Court, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

2. We accordingly do so and transfer the case being H.M.O.P No. 325/2016 titled M. Madan v. Smt. Radhika C from the Court of Family Judge of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu to the Family Court, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

3. The transfer petition is allowed.
