1. Leave granted.

2. The appellants are before           this Court seeking enhancement    of compensation in  respect of their acquired land.

3.  We find that connected matters arising out of the common judgment have been remitted to the High Court. Accordingly, these appeals are disposed of remitting the matters to the High Court, to be taken up along and batch, as per order of this Court dated 28.11.2017.

4.  Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

5.  There shall be no orders as to costs.
