Vishwambarrao Shankarrao Mane

Vs.

State of Maharashtra

Crl.A.No.1845/2008

(Kurian Joseph and Sanjay Kishan Kaul,JJ.,)

12.07.2018

JUDGMENT

Kurian Joseph, J.,

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2.  The appellant is aggrieved since his application for discharge has been dismissed. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/State, after having gone through the records, submits that the charges are yet to be framed.

3.  In that view of the matter, we do not find any justification to interfere with the impugned order. It will be open to the appellant to take all available contentions at the appropriate stage.

 4. Subject to the above, the appeal is dismissed.

5. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
