BAHARUL ISLAM, J. -
1. The Public Analyst found the sample of milk deficient in fat content to the extent of 0.5 per cent.
The appellant submits that it was not possible to detect 0.5 per cent deficiency of fat content in the
milk. It was not put to the Food Inspector or to the Public Analyst who would have been proper
person to answer the question. The point also does not appear to have been taken in any of the three
courts below.
2. The petition is rejected.
