VENKATARAMIAH, J.-
1. In view of the judgment delivered by us today in P. Geneshwar Rao v. State of Andhra
Pradesh we set aside the common judgment dated October 22, 1986 of the Tribunal in
Representation Petition Nos. 927 and 1223 of 1986 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh
Administrative Tribunal against which these appeals are filed and remand the cases to the Andhra
Pradesh Administrative Tribunal again to dispose them of afresh in the light of the decision to be
given by the Tribunal in Representation Petition No. 508 of 1982 which has also been remanded to
the Tribunal for fresh disposal.
2. These appeals are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
