                                                     JUDGMENT

1.Special leave granted.
2. Heard counsel for the parties. We are of the view that in the circumstances of the case and in the
light of the earlier orders of the High Court dated 22nd March, 1979, the appellants are entitled to
the full compensation as awarded by the High Court in the aforesaid judgment, subject to payment
of the correct Court-fee in relation to that amount.
3. Accordingly, whatever balance is payable to the appellants, in terms of the judgment of the High
Court dated 22-3-1979, must be paid to them on condition that they deposit the balance Court-fee
payable by them within two months from today, failing which this appeal shall stand dismissed.
4. The appeal stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
Order accordingly.
