1. The writ petition is adjourned to December 12, 1991 to enable the learned Additional Solicitor
General to get instructions on the question as to what government proposes to do with regard to the
alleged molestation of the arrested girls as reported in the English Newspaper The Pioneer edition
dated December 16, 1991.

2. The respondent-Union of India will file its counter to the allegations in the main petition with
regard to the arrest of persons between December 9, 1991 to December 12, 1991. The counter will
be filed on or before January 10, 1992. Copies to be served on the other side by that date.

3. The matter to come up on January 14, 1992 in that regard.
