We have by a separate judgment pronounced today in CA No. 4195 of 1994, set aside the Division
Bench judgment of the Calcutta High Court in State of W.B. v. Monirujjaman Mullick [97 CWN
1075]. This appeal has been filed by the Non-formal Education Teachers' Association against the
Monirujjaman case. This appeal has become infructuous and as such is dismissed.
