This appeal is against the order of the High Court dismissing the appeal on ground of delay of 443
days. The appellant said that delay was because he come to know about the pronouncement of
judgment at a later date. Allowing the appeal, the court condoned the delay as the delay was
justified and directed the High Court to dispose of the case on merits.
