But the appellant is aged 90 so considering the age and physical condition of the appellant the Supreme Court adopts this case. The Supreme Court reduces the sentence of the appellant to the period exceeding two months already undergone by him on a condition that he will pay the fine imposed on him within four weeks from today and in case of default of payment of fine he will undergo simple imprisonment for three months.
