1. Learned counsel for the petitioner desires to withdraw this Contempt Petition with a view
to approach the High Court by filing a fresh writ petition. Allowed to withdraw. Contempt
Petition is dismissed on withdrawal. Contempt Petition (C) No.161/2007 Mr. Mahabir Singh,
learned senior counsel appearing for the Contemnor-State undertakes that the State is going
to comply with the direction of this Court immediately. In view thereof Mr. L. Nageswarar
Rao, learned senior counsel does not want to press this Contempt Petition. It is, accordingly,
disposed of as not pressed.
