2. Although an appeal involving similar question is pending before this Court but in view of
the fact that no revenue is involved in this appeal, we are of the opinion that it is not
necessary to admit this appeal as the question involved in this matter shall be decided therein.
3. The appeal is dismissed with the aforementioned observation.
