1. Having heard learned counsel on both sides we dispose of these appeals in terms of our
order dated 28.11.2007 in C.A.No. 1177 of 2006 etc. in the case of Tamil Nadu Omni Bus
Owners Association vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Another1.
