1. On 06.12.2007 counsel for the appellant was given time to bring on record the legal
representatives of deceased appellant and to transpose respondents 2 and 3 as appellants but
nothing has been done by him so far. He further prays for time to do the needful. He is given
four weeks' time from today to move an appropriate application, failing which the appeal
shall be dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
