1. There ins not need to clarify or modify the order dated 4.5.2007 passed by us in the matter.
The application for clarification is accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open to the
applicants/appellant to challenge the order rejecting the prayer for accepting the affidavit
evidence in accordance with law in an appropriate forum.
