1. This appeal is by the State of Tamil Nadu questioning the judgment of a Division Bench of
the Madras High Court directing acquittal of the accused persons. By a separate judgment in
Criminal appeal No. 300 of 2003 the appeal filed by the informant has been disposed of. We
dispose of the present appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No. 301 of 2003, directing that the
decision rendered today in Criminal Appeal No. 300 of 2003 shall be given to this case also.

2. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
