Heard both sides.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for transfer from the Court of the Additional
District Judge, Karkardooma Court, Delhi to the Family Court, Alipore, Kolkata. But it is stated by
the respondent that he denies all the allegations contained in the Transfer Petition. We record the
same. Accordingly, we order for transfer of H.M.A.No.972 of 2008 titled Additional District Judge,
Karkardooma Court, Delhi to the Family Court at Alipore, Kolkata. We request the Family Court to
dispose of the petition at an early date. All the records are directed to be sent to the Family Court at
Alipore, Calcutta.
The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
