Leave granted. 3. During the pendency of this matter the parties have amicably settled the matter. The appellant is also present in the Court. 4. The respondent no.1 has agreed to pay Rupees six lakhs in full and final settlement of the claims of the appellant. The amount would include the claim of gratuity. 5. The appellant has agreed to accept Rupees six lakhs in full and final settlement of his claim. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 undertakes to deposit a sum of Rupees six lakhs in the Bombay High Court within four weeks. The appellant would be at liberty to withdraw that amount. 6. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 also submitted that the amount of Provident Fund of the appellant has already been deposited with the Provident Fund Commissioner upto the date of the termination of the appellant. The appellant would be at liberty to withdraw the same. 7. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. 1 SpotLaw
