5. Mr. Sanjiv Sen, Learned Counsel appearing for the M.C.D. has filed affidavit on
behalf of Chief Town Planner, MCD in the Court today. The same is taken on
record.

6. We direct the Chief Town Planner to file a fresh affidavit within four weeks
clarifying his affidavit dated 2.8.2011.

13. We do not find any merit in the Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is,
accordingly, dismissed.

14. All the concerned parties shall file their replies to Report Nos. 85 and 88 which
should reach Mr. Ranjit Kumar, Amicus Curiae by 14th August, 2011.
