Further time of two weeks is sought by Ms. Binu Tamta, Learned Counsel for the Union of India for filing an additional affidavit indicating the present status of foreign nationals remaining to be repatriated and updating the statement made in the additional affidavit dated August 2, 2011. 2. At this stage, Mr. Colin Gonsalves, learned senior counsel submits that the protocol concerning repatriation and release of foreign nationals needs to be revised by the Government of India. He submits that it would be appropriate if, in the additional affidavit to be filed now by the Union of India, details of the revised protocol are given. 3. Two weeks' time is granted to the Union of India for the above purpose. Mr. Bhim Singh - petitioner in person also submits that four female prisoners namely; (1) Baby Hina d/o Saif-Ur-Rehman (2) Fatima Saddique d/o Choudhary Mohd. Saddique (3) Hajra Mohammad Mamta w/o Saddique (4) Mahajabeena d/o Ghulam Rasool have been languishing in different jails unattended and without trial for many years. 4. We direct Ms. Binu Tamta, Learned Counsel for the Union of India to furnish the present status of these four female prisoners in the additional affidavit and show cause why they should not be repatriated to their country without any further delay.
