2. This Court, on an earlier occasion, in Civil Appeal No of 2017 arising out of
D.No.7460/2017, dismissed an appeal arising out of the order which is the impugned order in
the instant case also. Copy of the same is brought to our notice.
3. We do not find see any reason to take a different view.
4. The Civil Appeals are dismissed.
