The delay in preferring Review Petition is condoned.
The   compensation   in   the   sum   of   Rs.   22,35,870/-   granted   by   the   Motor
Accident   Claims   Tribunal,   Madurai   was   affirmed   by   the   High   Court,   which
decision   was   under   challenge   before   this   Court.     Considering   the   facts   and
circumstances on record, the quantum of compensation was raised to the level
of Rs.40 lakhs by this Court.
The instant Review Petition claims further enhancement.

We   have   gone   through   the   contents   of   the   Review   Petition   and   do   not
find any error apparent on record to justify interference.
This Review Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
